Standard cancellation terms and conditions
Your reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before your arrival date. Any advance payment is reimbursed minus a handling fee of € 26 or credited for a later stay (in this case there is no handling fee). In the event of cancellation within 4 weeks and 1 week of your arrival, the deposit is retained as a cancellation fee. In the event of cancellation within one week of your arrival, we charge 3 days of the booked service. In the event of a later arrival or earlier departure we charge the booked stay.
Arrival and departure
Your room is available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. On the day of departure, please check out by 12 noon.
Cancellation insurance: :
In your own interest we recommend that you take out travel insurance. Insurance can be taken out at the latest 21 days after booking and 14 days prior to arrival.
